What is Smart Voice Text
Smart Voice Txt is like sending a voicemail via your cell phone to another phone even if the recipients phone does not have a voice mail box. If you aren’t able to send anormal text your you just want to leave a message this si the way to go. This is also nice because it will let you leave a voice mail with out having the other person pick up the phone.
Sending a Voice Text
- Dial *899 recipient’s 11-digit cel number.
- Record your message after the voice prompt.
- End call.
After hearing the message a confirmation alert will be sent to inform the sender that the message was heard.

Send the Voice Text you received to *899 recipient’s no.
(eg: 89909201234567)
Voice TXT is 30 seconds only
Only first retrieval is FREE.
Succeeding retrieval of same message is P1.00 each.

Activating Voice Email on your Smart SIM
You’ll need to register an email address that you would like to send a voice email to by texting the following to 8990:
ADD [space] [friends email address]
You will get a text response with a phone number associated with that email address. This new phone number will be assigned to the email you texted in. That means whenever you call that number to leave a voice email it will go specifically to the email address its associated to. For each new email address you add you will receive a new phone number. e.g. 899011 will always email to your_first_email@email.com, and 899012 to your_second_email@email.com
How to Send a Voice Email on your Smart SIM
Dial the number and leave your voice Email.
You’ll also receive a text message from 899 that says, “Your voicemsg has been emailed.” Plus instructions on how you can modify your VoiceTxt email address.
You will be charged P2.50 for each Voice Email.
Voice Emails are limited to 60 seconds. When your time is up you will hear, “Thank you for using VoiceTxt.”
