Smart Communications recently launched their new Plug-N-Talk service to work with Smart SIM cards in the Philippines and abroad. With the Smart Plug ‘N Talk you can put your Smart Buddy SIM card into a USB dongle that when plugged into your PC allows you to make phone calls and text messages as if you were in the Philippines.
