Globe, Smart, and Sun Have Longer Load Expiration

As of 07/03/09 Globe load, Smart load, and Sun load all have longer expiration dates. This means that you will b able to buy load from vendors like Aryty.com and that load will be able to stay valid for a longer period of time on your phone. This change has been government mandated for all Philippine load carriers. For more details on the story see the press release in ABS-CBN news.

This is great news for Filipinos that are buying load int eh Philippines and especially great news for anyone buying load for their roaming phone outside the Philippines.

New rates and validity period.

The following expiration date increases based on load amount apply to all Philippine mobile cell phone carriers including Smart, Globe and Sun.

• P10 or lower – 3 days
• Over P10 to P50 – 15 days
• Over P50 to P100 – 30 days
• Over P100 to P150 – 45 days
• Over P150 to P250 – 60 days
• Over P250 to P300 – 75 days
• Over P300 – 120 days
